Return Policy

Our aim is to create a positive online shopping experience for all our customers. If an order does not meet your requirements, we will exchange products in accordance with the terms outlined below:

  • If a customer receives a product and wants to exchange it for another product, they may do so within 7 days of receiving the product, on the condition that the box has not been opened and the product has not been used. An original receipt will be required for all exchanges.
  • To process an exchange the customer should bring the product to our branch in Manama. In cases where that is not possible, please contact our customer service to arrange an appropriate return method.
  • Items that are received by a customer and are damaged, inoperable, or not in accordance with the customer’s order will be exchanged as soon as possible and free of charge.
  • In the event that a customer receives a product that is not operating or has a manufacturing defect, then the product will be exchanged under warranty.
  • Unfortunately, refunds will not be possible under normal circumstances.

Warranty Policy 

Most products will have a warranty policy as determined by the manufacturer.

Service & Maintenance

  • In the event that a product needs to be serviced, the customer should bring the product to our branch or schedule an appointment for a technician to visit their premises.
  • The product will be inspected and should it require service or repair the costs will then be shared with the customer.
  • In cases where a product has malfunctioned due to a manufacturing defect, then the service center will immediately replace the product as long as it is still under warranty.
